Welcome to the Seeking the Bridge Podcast! Our podcast is about Wing Chun Kung Fu featuring the Leung Sheung lineage. Wing Chun is a Chinese martial art made famous by a Sifu (teacher) named Yip Man. He was Bruce Lee's first martial arts teacher when he was in Hong Kong and popularized it when he came to the United States. It is the most well known form of Chinese Kung Fu to date.

Our inaugural guest is Sifu Ben Der, founder of San Jose Wing Chun and instructor for 50+ years. He will talk about growing up in Hong Kong with Bruce Lee and Hawkins Cheung, moving to the US, and how Sifu Kenneth Chung opened his eyes to the full potential of Wing Chun.
